The Bayesian Network Webserver is a web-based platform for interactive causal inference. Users can add various structural constraints, learn the Bayesian Network model from data, and perform counterfactual predictions with just a few clicks or drag-and-drop actions. A mirror version of the Bayesian Network Webserver has been integrated with GeneNetwork for causal inference in systems genetics.
